The drawers have rubbed together. They put nothing between them, theres nofilm on them either

Recieving damaged kitchens and having to wait weeks for replacements is my biggest headache at work

The way my supplier packages kitchens from Italy is beyond belief sometimes so its no surprise they get damaged ....... speaking to other people in the same position as me its an industry wide problem from what I can make out.

Sounds like the same situation here with the Spanish !!

Its frustrating as other times they will package certain items very well.

Delivering two kitchens tomorrow and I gurantee I will have at least 3-4 damaged units.

They even fit the handles, they are begging to get damaged. Quite a few were poking through the packing

Yep sounds all too familiar ^^^^ - funnily enough I have a replacement door on my load tomorrow that got damaged in transit four weeks ago as the handle protruded from the packaging ..... couldn't replace just the handle as it was an integral part of the door

Had 1 not long ago, same door damaged 4 times, burbridge reported back that corner of pallet had been bashed, ffs.
