My stone guy rang me twice after his fitters had been and done the template, checking to see if this was exactly how the Client wanted the edge profile. The Client had actually made a mock-up in MDF of the shape/profile of the edging he wanted. He is very happy with the finished job.

You know what I like that edge detail so much I'm going to use it .... thanks ThumbUp
