I've done it a few different ways now
First time I did it I made the blind corner 560 deep (like you have) and whilst it was a huge space it also made that extra space difficult to access through a 300 door.
I've done it a couple of times with a standard 300/350mm deep blind corner but just brought it forward. The issue with that is that it makes fitting awkward.
It's a toss up of giving them maximum space but sometimes awkward, or reducing available space but easier to use. So on a recent one I asked the German manufacturers to make an L shaped corner unit but with one side being extended to 560mm deep. They couldn't understand why the hell I wanted to do it that way, so I gave up trying! So ended up with 2 standard units and a void in the blind corner if you like.
I like the overall look of it but haven't yet decided which one of the 3 above set-ups is the best when it comes to storage.
What kitchen is that if you don't mind me asking and is it 2150 or 1970? As I notice the doors are full height which look nice
