Penthouse Kitchen

As the title suggests, this was in a penthouse apartment.

The job entailed the kitchen, sliding partition, Office/Study, and DVD/CD cases in the lounge. I made the DVD/CD display cases from scratch in my workshop in Colchester. They also have infinitely adjustable shelf positions via a track system.
I put up the sliding partition to split the kitchen from the office/study. I ordered the panels for the sliding doors from my German kitchen supplier so that they would match the colour of the kitchen cabinets perfectly.

Cabinets were by Stormer in Hi-Gloss Cubanit with st/steel edges, appliances are all Siemens apart from the wine cooler. Worktops are BB Encore-Black Sparkle Solid Surface. Undermount Sink and Tap are both Blanco and the boiling water tap is a Quooker.

PS. The hob position was'nt my idea, before someone mentions it
I wanted to put the hob in the island, but there were technical issues coz of the floor, and therefore we could'nt fit a downdraft hood !!!!
