Appreciate your comment, Thanks. You are dead right regarding the timing of people moving and already being packed and ready to go. I am going to focus initially on houses & bungalows which are already empty or 'no chain' which will give the partner fitter freedom to work and also give me more of a chance to work out the logistics of the rest of the buying chain. Another plus is that these properties tend to have the worst kitchens, hence are not very appealing to buyers searching online.

Glad you like the idea, I have got loads more detail on how the whole thing should work and have already asked the forum moderator Stretch If I can post some questions to everyone, which he has kindly agreed.
