Hi everybody, I`ve been a carpenter since 1988 and haven`t fitted too many kitchens I tend to work on my own and contact with a reliable plumber/tiler/electrician is few and far between so I feel I can`t offer the "full service"

A lot of kitchen fitters offer the full hit, then get there spark and plumber in to do what they think they are not able to do.

Thanks, that`s the problem I`ll be using a customer as a guinea pig for my "new team" and that could be disasterous

There is that too but I suppose it`s a confidence thing aswell

That's the big thing I tell my apprentices, do everything with confidence. Whenever the cust is watching even when you have cocked up do it with confidence, picking your nose, chose your best finger and go for it.

If the cust see's you in two minds, they will loose all confidence in you yourself.
Plan your day with the trades so you know what should be done at the end of the day.
