Thought you had a critical eye? Lol. Last photo zoom in the outer 1/3rd is a fraction open, i mean hardy anything and it is either glue or filler im sure. Im sure alex will chip in and tell us.
Im not picking fault with it, ok i am but only because alex said he wasnt 100% happy so went in for a better look lol

are you saying that the lightened section is all filler? i.e the front is chipped out and filled
I just assumed it was a lighter piece of oak? If so then man my eyesite is going and my work isn't as good as I think it is

I think it all looks absolutely spiffing and you lot should get out more. So says lots of cider and Jaeger bombs.

I was actully referring to the outer part of the miter looks filled but could also be the glue line. The problem with photos is you cant really make out what some things are
