Hi there,
I've been offline for a few years but back now fitting another (benchmarkx) kitchen.
My immediate problem is this: in the left hand corner of the kitchen the ceiling drops down to accommodate the stair landing above. The height of the ceiling at this point is almost identical to the height of the oven carcass which is going into the right hand corner where the the ceiling is at full height.
So this gives me a problem with hanging the wall cupboards under the dropped ceiling bit as, if I mount them so they line up with the top of the oven carcass, there'll be no room above for the cornice.
I think probably the best solution is to reduce the height of the oven carcass and fit a shallow door at the top of the carcass. But it would be nice to get some feedback from you expert fitters!
all the best
