Any of you guys done much with labs?

I'm pricing up a small sample room for a surface coaters local to me. My builders pulled me in on it.

The tough point on this is they use 36% conc hydroclauric acid. Limited exposure though as in it will be cleaned up if its spilt.

The firm have requested stainless for the tops and the fabricator I use has recommended stainless grade 316. I recommended Trespa but they seen keen on the stainless.

Also gotta use expoxy grout which is a pain in the ass to clean up!

Any tips etc? I've made it clear that I will be putting clauses in for limited exposure on all products and they seem happy enough..

I got in on a contract local to me at the university, they built 3 new ic science buildings, all new labs etc, a bit like breaking bad some of them, and dependent on the work was the choice of work surface, some had solid iroko, some stainless, some epoxy, and some trespa, I like the seamless idea in that enviroment, but these science boffins know all about atoms, neurons, pesatas, and god knows what.

My bros a chemist so he helped alot! If I keep them happy I have 3 offices, a canteen and lots of other work!
