What brand are the pullouts?

I've never seen the cyclones before - are they any good? I've the Festool CTM - would you recommend one?

The Le Mans corner & 300 Tall pull outs are all Kessebohrer in Graphite. The Drawer's are all Blum Legrabox & Legrabox Free pan drawers.

The Cyclones do work very well. They separate off at least 90/95% of the sawdust that would normally end up filling up your Dust Extractor. This really helps to keep the airflow up with no degradation in suction.
One of the downsides is the static electricity that gets generated, especially when cutting man-made boards. There have been reports, mainly in the USA, where the static electricity has potentially caused problems with the electronics of the dust extractors. I've not heard of it being an issue in the UK though.

Unfortunately, the Clints are not yet ready to have the American Fridge Freezer put into position as they are still using it in another part of the property.....!!!! But, he has said he will move it himself and slide it into its final position......Good luck with that!!!!!

Below are a couple more photos I took showing the St/Steel edges with Black detail on the doors/drawerfronts. You can also see a bit more of the Grey/Brown tone of the doors as well.

In the picture above, you can just see the Metal replacement top visible below the worktop that Stormer send for the Hob base unit with about a 6mm ventilation gap.

It is amazing how the brown in the concrete fronts is clearly visible in your most recent pictures and not in the original pictures.  The different room lighting I assume?


Regarding the cyclone, I took your advice on a previous post and bought an anti-static Dust Deputy and mounted it on top of a bucket with a sealed lid myself and used conductive vacuum hose...  Never have any problems with vacuum bags getting filled or static and the vacuum suction always stays at the same great level. Thanks!

I think my problem regarding the static is due to the 50mm Festool hose from the Dust Extractor to the Cyclone NOT being Anti Static.....it's just a standard Festool hose. Nearly half the price of the Anti Static hose. I bought it for a specific task last year that didn't need an Anti Static hose, with hindsight, I should have paid the extra. If I got the correct hose, I'm sure it would solve the problem as the Cyclone is made of electrically conductive plastic.

My original pictures were taken on a really bright, sunny day. Whereas, today was a bit more overcast and the actual colour shows up a bit better. I really need to start using the new camera that I got bought for me at Xmas. Hopefully, my pictures will be better.

We sell Stormer kitchens too. Never seen a bad kitchen from them yet. Not a fan of their pricing books though!

What is it about the books you don't like..?

The 2017 version is far better than all the previous years, mainly due to the fact that in previous years it was just one huge folder.
I think by splitting them up into different categories has helped. The one thing I am certainly not keen on though is the printed swatch sample book...  Even though the colours & textures are a very reasonable representation of the available colours, I think it's a mistake to think potential Clints can choose all their colours and finishes without seeing a real door or worktop sample. I'm sure I'm not alone in that opinion either.....!
