Howdens cabs are 580 deep, so you have 45mm overhang.  Normally cutout is at least 60mm from front edge.

Hi Buster,
you could gain some more mm reducing the overhang allowing you to use it at the back...
sometimes all you need is 1/2" for comply with gas regs
if it is traditional style kitchen, knobs will make the overhang dimension kinda of irrelevant to the look and purpose... and look appropriate.
handless doors all you need is a 5mm o/h

Just fit the worktops without upstands, and get the hob connected up. Then fit the upstands afterwards...
