Looks stunning mate, very nice indeed. Is there any access to the trap though? I'd love to do bath panels this way but I would hate the call back in 12 months time saying the water isn't going down in the bath.

Is the square object in the middle of the ceiling a light or a fan?

When we do bathrooms, and the waste is to run under floor, I insist on running a new 50mm solvent weld run back to the 110mm stack. This run branches out to 32mm (40mm then 32 reducer at bend coming up at pedestal) for WHB and 40mm at the bath trap. Use a good trap, like a McAlpine (good rubber seals), and you will never have a problem.....unless of course the Clints Rapunzel. The bath panel is Veneered Oak (for grain), sealed & painted white, with moulding, so worst case, a leak in my opinion, it had to be ripped out and replaced, it would not be the end of the world.

For blocked traps "One Shot" acid is amazing, it would burn and clear almost anything.

Its a light, the larger version of the wall lights. The fan is in second last picture on right. Its an Icon, when the solenoid heats, it expands and opens three closed blades, when turned off, blades close with no back draft.

Could I ask what light fittings and controls you use in the concealed uplight coving and are they the same as you used in the kitchen??
