...but I've finally got this one finished. Almost, anyway.
I don't do many bathrooms, and only agreed to do this one because it's for a family member (and they have another bathroom they could use until it was done). I started it on 13th October, and got it to this stage yesterday, 13th November. It took that long for a variety of reasons; firstly, I started it whilst my van was still in the garage, so struggled to get materials to site. Secondly, I turned up a few times to do various jobs only to realise the tool I needed was still in the van, at the garage. Thirdly, I went on holiday during the fit (I tried to delay starting until I'd got back off holiday and got the van back, but he was having none of that!). Lastly, I did all the painting & decorating too, which I normally would avoid completely.
The room was completely gutted, and it's had a new sub-floor, new ceiling, new plasterwork, room door was reduced from 30" to 27" to give more room for the bath, etc. Also the layout has been changed, so all new pipework, reworking of the soil stack, etc too.
Flooring is Karndean, panelling is MR MDF T&G, bath panel & sink unit are built from scratch by me to suit.

I've still got to go back & put a second coat of paint on the back of the room door, and the front of the doors on the sink cupboard, but other than that it's done.
This job really has been the bane of my life for the last month, and I'm glad to see the back of it! It's definitely strengthened my resolve to say "no" to any other bathrooms in the future!!!
