Cooke and Lewis fit

Started this fit yesterday (labour only) it's a B&Q Cooke and Lewis kitchen, it's the 1st time I've fitted a kitchen from this range and first impressions are quality wise is they seem over priced.
Having spent most of the 1st day building up the units I wanted to press on with the install today, I had fitted from the tall oven housing round the opposite corner
   
When the plumbers turned up! and proceeded to tell me they had open ended heating pipework under floor in the corner under then corner base to the right hand side!! So out came the oven housing, corner base and 400 base to allow them access. By the time the plumbers got out of the way this was as far as I got today

They are over priced

What wall brackets are they using? They look like concealed hangers but the hole in the unit looks tiny. How are they height adjusted and then locked/tightened to the wall?

They use the type that lock into 4 8mm holes in the gable.

So just a standard concealed hanger like this?




But these normally require an oblong hole in the back on the unit to access 1 x hight adjustment screws and 1 x tightening screw. Some even have a third locking screw. But from the pictures it looks like there is just one round hole in the wall units, so you could only access one screw. Or am I just lookingy at the pic funny?

The British units that I use only have one hole CR, about 16mm IIRC.

You can access both the adjustment screws through it and then it gets covered up with a metal nickel plated button.

I've only ever seen them with oblong holes with oblong hole caps.

Keep them coming nice and tidy, but to be honest I'm looking at your tools more than the job, you seem to have most of what i have.

Yeah Colour the hangers on the wall units are like the pic you posted that lock into to four holes in the gable, and access to the 2 adjustment screws are through the single hole as snezza said, but it is tight for getting a driver in to adjust them.

See you've got a Systand I got one a while back in return for reviewing it on the FOG about the time that Festool brought out their version. Very handy when you haven't got much room to work in.

Bloody plumbers are a pain , fitted 13 kitchens in some new flats awhile back and the plumbers (if you could call them that) were in my way every day. I ended up doing some of the work to get them out of the way.
