I'm in the middle of a fit at the moment and it has a similar style of handle on it. In fact, the one after this fit also has the same style handle!!!!!

There appear to be subtle differences though from what I can tell from your pictures, such as the tall vertical handle configuration....!!!!????

For example, 3 x 600mm tall units would normally be 1800mm wide, but when you add in the width of your handles, ....what is the overall width then???? And do Crown offer 2 types of this handle ie, 1 for single sided access and another for double sided access???

Any tips on Nexuscad stretch? I really like the program to use, then you look at some of the CAD renders on here and it makes mine done on Nexus look very basic.

What I've done is to go on the Crown Website where they show the door colours and copied and pasted the jpeg/png images into the textures folder in Nexus. You do need to crop the images first to get any white lines or borders out but these colours then appear in the drop down menu when you are changing the image texture.

I've also done the same on the website of our granite company so that I can replicate the worktop finish.

I might, If I get the time, do a little tutorial page on here. I've found the software very easy to use and very customisable.

You need to allow an additional 30mm per profile rail. They do a single and double vertical profile rail but it's the same measurement.

For instance, 2 x 600 larder towers with LH tower handed left and the RH tower handed right would require 1230mm.

But if you were to have (from left to right):

1 x 20mm end panel
1 x 600 Larder handed left
1 x 600 Larder handed left
1 x 20mm end panel

You would need to allow 20 + 600 + 30 + 600 + 30 +20 = 1300

Do Crown offer the handle in different colours/finishes or is it just available in St/ Steel?

More of a brushed aluminium finish actually although we did get a rogue one which was sort of a bright brushed steel which makes me wonder if there is more than one finish available?

Well, I assume there is more than one manufacturer of the profiles that are used for this style of handle coz I've fitted 3 different finishes over the years. I have yet to fit a painted one but they are available from some kitchen suppliers.

I also assume it puts the price up a fair bit compared with a standard unit using the same door?

The range we fit is a "Substantial" increase in price over a standard unit!!!!

Well looking at the price list, a handless 500 larder for instance is only £14 dearer than it's handled equivalent but you need to add in £62 for the vertical profile rail, or £67 if it's High Wall tower as well

By the same token, drawer packs are only marginally more expensive than their handled equivalent but all Crowns carcases are priced without handles anyway so there is that cost to add in on a handled kitchen.
