Loving the whole thing, i was going to put up a but with the stand alone unit. You explained that one away very well. Just needing a splash of colour by the customer and double wow.

The client is now thinking that he may want Lustrolite in the utility room as well, if that happens, then when I go back and fit it, I will fit a white front rail and drop the D/W down and re-mount the door.

That edge detail has a name, apparently.
I was talking to my Granite man this morning and i asked him what it is called. He said the trade name for it is a "Zyko Edge" or also known as a "Sharks Nose edge", just in case anyone was wondering

Honestly mate that is a lovely kitchen, looks amazing. Really like the floor tiles, bet there going to be fun if it get wet.

I'm pretty sure it's not shark nose, although a lot of granite companies seem to use a lot of differing terminology......the more I look at it the more I warm to it.

What's your take on what "Sharks Nose" looks like Daniel?
I am only repeating what my Granite guy told me.

This for me is shark nose ...... The sharper the nose the better the manufacturer.

Maybe my photographic skills are somewhat lacking, but in reality it looks the same as that!

The only difference that I can see is that my granite guy stopped the bevel at each end of the run as he and I agreed that it looks pants with such a sharp angle sitting on top of a flat panel, as well as being a real dirt trap.
