I wouldn't use that set-up for laminate, as with laminate you can't really cut a truly round corner (unless it's square-edged) because of the post-form. It works with solid timber, but for a right-hand curve you may get some splintering as it comes out onto the front edge. In that case, I'd reverse-cut the last inch or two to try to reduce that.

As you may be able to tell from the pictures, they were done for a tutorial for GetaCore worktops, as I used to work for them. In fact, I think I met you at some point (or at least spoke to you) as I recognise the name...

yes we did mate, small word OMG it was the nightmare job in baslow, derbyshire.

Used the template as the diagram showed and it worked beautifully,but the other end was chipped to start with ( plasterers!!!) And the top was too short. Where i should have 40mm over hang, its now 25mm. I feel so sick about it but its out out my hands

For an inside corner I'd recommend using the circle jig in the original post to make an MDF template, and then clamp this to the worktop to cut the corner. What is the finished radius you want in the inside corner?

Hi thanks jonny round boy for your reply what you have described to me is what i have been trying to do, making a separate jig and then routering from the top this time if that’s correct,could you tell me the correct way to find the radius of the internal corner this is what i must have got wrong (its been a long day)thanks again for your help
