The first few pic's looked like one of Daz's renders, at first i thought it looked cold until the lights were turned on, which transformed it  the pendants would have looked nice in a bold colour.

Did you do the floor, very nice  Underfloor heating?

No, I did'nt do the floor. This was a new build, as you can probably tell from the pictures. The tiling was done by a professional tiler who I have met on a few occasions on previous jobs. He is a great tiler, but a right miserable bugger....!!!! You can't knock the quality of his work though.

The Clints could'nt find lamp shades the colour they wanted for the kitchen, or so I was told, so the builder had those sprayed to a RAL colour supplied by the client.

The colours are all quite understated throughout the complete house. I forgot to take pictures of the staircase which is a shame coz its a work of modern art. Floating Oak treads with what appears to be floating glass side panels....!!!!!

Big thumbs up from me Tim ..... Really like the granite and its combination with a more subtle Quartz, and the white lids on the Aga are a really nice touch - did you have them sprayed, or is that a standard option ?

Although I'm not overly keen on the extractor style I really like the fact it is white, super cool 

I suppose I really like it as some general rules of kitchen design have been bent for the benefit of style ..... some might disagree but I like that approach occasionally !!

I didn't supply the Aga Daniel, the client's sourced it themselves through a local Aga franchise.
The white lids were a nice touch, I didn't realise you could get white lids until I saw them on this particular Aga.

The hood was an 1100mm Luxair model. It does look a bit small over the top of that 1600mm Aga, but it seems to work well enough with a relatively short length of 150mm ducting.

It is a rather odd mix of the traditional Aga with the contemporary style of a J handled door, but I think it works well within the setting and the overall style of the house.

The client sourced those shelves, they came from a recycled yard and were quite rustic. Fixed into the wall with metal studding and Resin Anchor.
