That's bizzarre - was talking about this yesterday - would be handy where you have a full top, like the clic carcasses, save an arm stretch - not sure yet, but many thanks for the input and definitely working on it cheers

As an aside - I must confess - as this is taking off I've been increasingly stretched and I missed the post today....I know..it's crap...sorry , I was still working at half four this morning and started again at seven - however there is an upside - gives me a chance to uprate your sample - the samples are just three of each size to try but as you're kff (and I've got your details in my mail today) - just let me know which size you want (guessing xl) and I'll get a proper ten pack out to you to do a kitchen with. Hope that makes up for it.

I would definitely like to see Space Plugs included in the pack with every carcass. These should be regarded as industry standard having just used them for the first time!

In response to the post about a self-adhesive pad on the flange, I agree that something like this would be helpful to prevent it spinning around when tightening. However, a cheaper option would be to change the moulding to create some 'pimples' on the flange that would bite into the surface to prevent turning.

Personally I think the adhesive pads would just be an unnecessary extra expense. The trouble with adhesive pads is that once used you can't reposition them after the first time. I don't really find a problem adjusting them as they are. If for some reason on the odd ocassion I was in a tight spot which meant i couldn't get both hands or something, I think i'd just use a small amount of mitre-fix to hold in place, if i get it wrong, break the seal and do it again.

Or if you really wanted to add self-adhesive pads, I'd do it as a seperate accessory rather than doing it as standard.

I'm with CR I would buy the none adhesive ones every time if there was a choice. I have lots of double sided so I would just rip a 20 mm strip off if needed.

I had my first experience with Space plugs today when my sample pack came in the post.
I was using them to peck a wardrobe out from the wall to stop it moving a little but as there were no fixings where i need to a adhesive pad would have made things a little easier but used mitre bond instead.

I was really impressed with them and will be ordering a few pack for my next few jobs.

I was working on a job today and there was a bedroom fitter on site installing a load of Robes and cabinets etc. He was a Subbie, working for Hammonds Bedrooms. I was chatting with him and looking around at the way he had fitted the cabinets. I gave him a couple of your Space Plugs and suggested he try them and that they may save him a lot of time, as a lot of the stuff he was fitting was Front Frame with quite wide fillers at each end of the run.

He was impressed, so I gave him some more info and your Website details, and he said he will take a look. If he feels they will help speed things up for himself, he said he will spread the word amongst his fellow Bedroom fitters at Hammonds.
