when you cut the led strips into bits you have to solder the connections together and only certain transformers work. If your gonna buy cheap stuff then its risky.

Yes, the current issue for me is about lighting, I was wondering if you had used strip lights to decorate or use them to enlighten worktops. I've seen a few pictures on the internet and they look pretty cool to me. I have been looking around but they are not the cheapest solution ever. Here is what I've found so far as the best deal, but I wonder if you have any other ideas.

I imagine a kitchen simple, rather minimalistic in style but not black and white, which is what they usually are.

LED lights bring a good look to a kitchen. I've added some to mine and I don't regret it one bit.
