Its a decent size for a terraced house, i avoid terrace jobs, so much harder especially the electrics. Usually the board is at the front and bringing in new circuits is a pain.
Quality fitting, i hope they were happy with it.
You are correct about the location of the Fuseboard Ray...fortunately, there was no need to run any new circuits.
The original part of the house is really old but the kitchen extension was added when the property was gutted and refurbished 22 years ago when the current owners bought it. (Oak cabinet doors + Green tiles - RAM kitchen)
They are happy with it, which is just as well coz its my older sisters kitchen
