I agree that the panels would have looked better flush Steve, the designer hadn't allowed enough material for this though and after the stress of this fit in general I didn't bother ordering more up at the end of the job, I'd had enough by then and just let it go haha.
As for dividing the centre space above the sink and putting it either side of the 2 top boxes that would have then meant the doors wouldn't have lined up with the 900 wall units below (outside edges far left and far right), the margins would be off, is this what you mean?. Its a difficult one really, personal preference I guess?. I did enquire about getting some laminate edging the same colour as the doors so I could edge a filler piece and pop it flush in the centre but had no joy getting it as I believe the panels are spray finish meaning they didn't stock this colour edging.
Stretch/Prem, what lens do you commonly use on your cameras when taking snaps of kitchens? just the standard 18-55 or a lower mm wide angle? if so what size exactly and does it distort the edges as much as the go pro does with mine or is there an improvement?
