You tend to have far more cooking functions with a single combi set up, also if one appliance breaks down you have the other to rely on, removing the separate microwave also frees up storage space which by the looks of it would benefit your design.
I would say the only benefit you have with the separate microwave is that you have 3 cooking facilities but in my opinion not many people would really find this beneficial over the above points.
