How can you be half way through the fit and haven't even chosen the appliances yet? Some of these may be on long lead times so you need to check with your retailer when you order.
You can't just choose which hinges to put on the fridge (as far as i'm aware). The fridge you choose will either come with door on door hinges (what you want) or a slider system. I've never installed that fridge you've spec'd, but looking at the pictures on this page:
http://www.bosch-home.co.uk/products/fri....html#tab2
It looks like it will be a door on door (what you want) hinge system, the same as the Siemens and Neff fridges i've installed (bosch siemens and neff are part of the same group).
We've been weighing up the appliances we want for a while and they're all available in stock for next day delivery.
Some of the fridges have been confusing me to be honest, seems theres all sort different types but thats good to know.
Also - unless there's been a case of major subsidence, it's definitely level

No real reason other than cost and flexibility. In hindsight, maybe it would have been a better option, the new Neff ranges do look awesome.
What are the real benefits though over our setup. We have used grill + oven + microwave at the same time in the past.
