Finished making and modifying the units this weekend, and started fitting them. Took us quite a while to get the things level, but the 3 tall units are fixed now.
Good news is that we've managed to shuffle kitchen up and have removed the need to make up pieces and the hob now perfectly lines up under the extractor. Completely unintentional as the extractor was always slightly out of line due to the RSJ.
Don't think it's coming along too bad given I've never fitted a kitchen before, and father in law hasn't fitted a handleless. Somethings had us baffled, but sussed them out thanks to a few tips from CL ;)
Also - thanks Stretch for the tips on putting the cam in afterwards, made the other units a lot easier to go together.

Units are set so the depth to the door suits a 600 worktop, however the utility is probably going to need a 650 worktop. Can anyone suggest worktop brands which offer 600, 650 and 900 variations in either DIY cored 'Solid Surface' or Quartz?
