I call it a problem but it's not really....it doesn't matter if you insert the cams before or after assembly they will sometimes have problems locking down. It helps to just lift the carcase side up a little and then just manipulate it until it pulls itself together..
Evo....... you will regret not cutting down that oven back panel before installing. It's 18mm chipboard and is not easy to cut in situ. I would recommend drawing a pencil line now where you need to cut and then laying the tower on its side, dismantling, and cutting the back panel with whatever means you have, whether it's a handsaw, jigsaw or railsaw.
I've installed 100s of Crown kitchens and wouldn't do it any other way!!
