Try 6 years Stretch 
I look back on this kitchen sometimes in my minds eye and think of the cost compared to now. I remember that kitchen coming in at £7.5k and that included flooring, decorating plumbing and is wasn't a bad earner, I doubt I could buy the materials for that now. I remember the integrated hotpoint f/f cost me £250 (and it wasn't even the cheapest one), the reason I remember as I kept specing it after at the same price and every time id lose out as it had risen by another £30. God I might even be able to remember the model number HA315FF, frost free version which I think is over £400 now
