Ahh sorry mate, i didn't mean upselling in terms of brands but more built in coffee machines etc which are viewed as luxury items that are often the first thing to go when budgets get trimmed. Also with fridges and what not, Often Have no problem seeling nice ovens, micros, hobs ect, but some need convincing of the difference between a £400 integrated fridge/freezer over a £800 one
