That's the big thing I tell my apprentices, do everything with confidence. Whenever the cust is watching even when you have cocked up
do it with confidence, picking your nose, chose your best finger and go for it
.
If the cust see's you in two minds, they will loose all confidence in you yourself.
Plan your day with the trades so you know what should be done at the end of the day.
