Yes the clip is made by Blum, it looks exactly the same as the rubber handle thing at the top of the drawer box you currently have but with a small plastic nib that clicks into a clip routered into the door.

It works exactly how you have described.

I will get a picture from the showroom tomorrow, but like I said I think it won't work with the J handle unfortunately - you won't be able to fit it to the underside of the top drawer, its designed to fit exactly in the same position as your current plastic handle thing.
