It's the way you set the tiles out , you seem to have lost your way a bit.
Notice how on the back wall above the bath the grout joint is in the middle of the tile below it, this is called brick bond
Then look at the wall opposite with the door in it, the grout joints are no longer half way along the tile below.
This is most noticeable by the sink, the grout joint is maybe 1/4 along the tile below it, now look at the wall to the right, the jointis maybe 1/3 of the way along the tile below each time. You need to set out so it is the same all the way around and not deviate... Even if that means fitting 2 tiles where one would fit... Like you've done on the slanted wall by the wc and again down either side of the cupboard.
