You're right about the size of the room Daniel, it was a bit of a squeeze!!!
It tends to be a bit of a problem in an apartment. The client does a lot of work from home so the office was a must, but it has compromised the overall design and layout of the room.
Personally, I would'nt have had the American Fri/Freezer, as I can't stand them. I think they should stand all on their own in a room or not at all.
There is an Int. W/M and a semi int D/W, waste disposal unit, pull-out bin unit and a Boiler in the cubboards. Not a lot of storage space, but all the gadgets. Audio piped to all rooms through ceiling mounted speakers (inc both bathrooms.......!!!)
The hob was a 900mm wide Flex Induction IQ700. Fantasatic bit of kit!
That tap is really nice! I've got one on display in the showroom and it looks and works a treat!
