Looks nice nsk ...... like the breakfast bar, did you add any extra supports or bracing under there ?

Have you ever thought of having mitred edged window sill's rather than butt join ? it looks really good, but your stone guy will hate you

There were steel toods drilled in to the b/bar joints and into the floor, know what you mean about the mitering of the sills, but the additionbal cost was just more than the customer wanted to pay.. would have looked great though
