The customer was a builder, so got his own contacts for tiling etc,
The pics make the doors look quite dark, they are actually quite a bit lighter, although not everyones taste I do like it
I had the larders made to 630 deep so overall 648 with doors on, to allow for the f/f. the right hand one has a pull out, the left is multi-bore
the worktops are a fair bit of work, the edging is a sort of plastic, and comes tightly rolled up, so it keeps wanting to roll back up when you un-roll it!
adds about a day to the job using this edging, contact adhesive, 3-way claps and lengths of timber (sandwich timber beetween the edging and the clamps.
and to finish the edging off, file down (quite time consuming) then polish up with sander, polishing mitt and a find abrasive polishing cream (t-cut works well)
