hi
i own a small building company. we do building work and kitchens / bathrooms for domestic customers.
im looking to sub out kitchen fitting jobs in one of two ways.
1. have a kitchen fitter come in and fit the kitchen for me on my job. id pay the kitchen fitter, and the customer pays me. i would need to have some way of pricing the kitchen fit (subject to site survey) myself to give the customer a quote rather than having to email the fitter plans every time or get the fitter to survey the job every time. The only way this can really work is if we agree on a per item cost. This is how the sheds work and lots of smaller kitchen companies.
2. i will just tell the customer to pay the fitter direct, however i would need to be able to give the customer a fit price (subject to site survey by the fitter). this method would also need to work like above where we agree a per item cost.
