Laminating

Anybody have much experience laminating? Got a few projects im in the middle of and been using tensorgrip l17.

We tore a sheet of laminate when laying on in situ, that stuff grabs stronger than Prem when he thinks someone likes his jokes.

Can anyone recommend a mellower adhesive, I use timebond evostick but these sheets are 1 mtr x 3 mtrs so hand spreading would take too long.
