Yes, the current issue for me is about lighting, I was wondering if you had used strip lights to decorate or use them to enlighten worktops. I've seen a few pictures on the internet and they look pretty cool to me. I have been looking around but they are not the cheapest solution ever. Here is what I've found so far as the best deal, but I wonder if you have any other ideas.

i have used these before on some granite i fitted. we had to grind a channel into the underside of the stone and fit them in. They looked really smart but were fiddly to fit (you have to cut and solder them back together in order to get round corners and the soldering points are tiny!) Other wise there pretty cool once fitted! Also avoid cheap solutions especially when used under laminate worktops as you might come home and find a pile of ash where your kitchen used to be.!
