Sorry when you say rebuild... has it fallen apart? Don't you just hate it when that happens..
I think maybe the most important is a sink and tap, though not essential if you have a bathroom that has a basin and tap you can use. Anything over and above that is a bonus like a hob and an oven but you can always have takeaway meals. A bit of storage for crockery and cutlery can be useful but they can be piled up on the floor and even the option of disposable paper plates and plastic knifes and forks. Hope that helps..

If it needs rebuild I'd start with a floor and walls, ceiling is optional

I fitted a kitchen for a LARGE American woman, but the design had two tall towers either side of the entrance. Unfortunately she couldn't FIT IN so she eats outside now.
