You can buy the laminate and put on sheets yourself. Contact your worktop supplier or search for your local IDS they will be able to help.

I've used biscuits previously to keep splash back flush when joining (12mm thick splashback) it's very difficult to achieve perfectly flush joints on splashback. I used to fit loads of the stuff when fitting showrooms. I used to fit them without biscuits, they would be perfectly flush when I left work, go back the next morning and they had moved slightly!

I believe you can get Laminate splashbacks that high from some of the Laminate worktop suppliers/manufacturers.

I generally use Duropal for the majority of my laminate needs, and I think their upstand sheets are 9mm thick and in various widths and heights.

This was a job I did last year, these were Duropal upstands X 9mm thick, in sheets of 2400mm x 600mm.



All the upstands were cut, jointed and edged on-site.

These came from IDS (International Decorative Surfaces).
