You can buy the laminate and put on sheets yourself. Contact your worktop supplier or search for your local IDS they will be able to help.

I've used biscuits previously to keep splash back flush when joining (12mm thick splashback) it's very difficult to achieve perfectly flush joints on splashback. I used to fit loads of the stuff when fitting showrooms. I used to fit them without biscuits, they would be perfectly flush when I left work, go back the next morning and they had moved slightly!
