I'd love to work with you but the commute might be a problem!
I have teamed up with some guys locally and it makes such a difference. It's not on all jobs as we are not always available to help each other depending on workload. I like the idea of a permanent informal arrangement as working on your own truly sucks. I find it's much easier to motivate myself when I'm part of a team. I might let myself down at times but I won't do it to others.
