Kitchen within refurb

Just completed a refurbishment of a 1930s property. A large kitchen diner was created by removing wall between old kitchen and dining room (and also creating downstairs WC. The kitchen was relocated to the old dining room side; made possible since there's a void beneath to allow access to pipes.

Many thanks Chip, although I can't take credit for it. We had the whole ground floor sanded and they were very meticulous. They've feathered in where the dividing wall was removed and also the previously tiled hearth.

Yes veryry nice looking kitchen mate. Is the extractor ducted up the chimney breast? What extractor have you used?

These modern kitchens have really grown on me over the last 12 months. I used to hate them.
