did you try b+q ?
you may be better off with a metabox draw, cheap and sturdy. the b+q are also quite big in hight for the gap you have. try one of the adds above. hpp do both draw systems.

How much more do you want us to do for you Andrew? Several members here have given you advice and posted links as to a possible solution for your problem.

Don't take this the wrong way but it should be easy enough to go to B&Q, buy some drawer boxes which they keep in stock and fit your existing drawer fascias to the new drawer boxes instead of coming back here two months after your initial post and moaning that the job hasn't been done. We can only offer help and advice here - doing the job is up to you. It's gonna take more than a few "beer tokens" for us to do all the running around and supply you with a few drawer boxes when we've given you plenty of sufficient advice already.
