I use a 30 and 32 mm for sink cutouts. 4-5 passes with the 32mm and then one final pass with the 30mm bush to take off another 1mm to tidy up. It takes the pressure off a bit.

nice job luke, only spoilt by that filter tap.
FESTOOL CHEAPER THAN mafell and Doesn't look like an Aldi special.

Customer supplied everything, all came from wickes so just kept my mouth shut and fit.what I was given, but know what you mean, not what I would have picked

Nice job Luke.
When I've done these in the past I've always worked upside down - that way you can screw the template to the underside of the worktop. When routing like that I wouldn't trust 2 quickclamps to hold the template without slipping...
