b&q drawpack

[j b property maintenance]

can anyone help me i've put together a b&q drawpack but i'm finding the rails that sit just above the draws the side rails are to long even when fully wound in each end to allow me to fit the plastic pieces on the front end that attach to the inside of the draw fronts and dont know how to get around this HELLLPPPPP.

Not wanting to do you the injustice of not replying I must admit I struggled to make any sense of that post.

If it's a B&Q kitchen then it should come complete with installation instructions. It does sound to me as though you have positioned drawer runners incorrectly or assembled something else incorrectly.

Given your username (which is a blatant disregard of forum registration rules) I would have though that being a property maintenance type of person something like this should be within your capabilities. If all else fails, phone B&Q Customer Services....

He means the pan bars that bridge the back of the draws to the front, well I think so, seems something the wrong size, nothing I've come across they normally attach pretty easily on a B&Q kitchen, not that I do many to be an expert on the matter, I know the draw boxes are garbage, the plastic clips that hold the fronts on are terrible and the adjustment is neither here nor there.

Measure the distance between the points it connects, measure the pan bars. There might be shorter ones.

Seems really obvious when you interpreted what he meant. Lol
