ArtiCAD V21 colours sync (not on a server!)

Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum! 


I've been struggling with multiple local installs of ArtiCAD using the same textures directory in V21.
It seems to only ever look at the local textures directories?
What do you do when you want all your sales guys to look at the same place for textures, on each PC when they open anyone's plan?

Anyone had any problems with this?
Support have told me that basically if I'm not using a server you can't do this!
