Just got of the phone to an old bq fitter mate...im told the designers dont do home visits now and the customer has to bring the size of there room in.

The fitters then do a survey for free to check it fits

I thought when the new guy from Homebase went to b+q he would change it for the better. But they are even worse now, a mate who fits for them is having a bad time with them and will leave when they make them join the iKBBi to fit for them.

Never known such an incredibly stupid outfit as b+q! when it comes to fitters and how to alienate them.

Lucky they sell other products to subsidise the showrooms.
