Fitters mate/ trainee fitter ??? - Thomas Kirk - 22-01-2018 Hello all new to forum. Soon to be leaving the Royal Marines and hopfully in the next few months fitting my own kitchen. After completing a kitchen fitting course. I kno it's not an ideal route in but can't complete an apprenticeship now financially. My question is given a basic knowledge is it at all common for professional KF to take blokes on as trainee or mate as electricians do? Appreciate any advice on this you have Tom RE: Fitters mate/ trainee fitter ??? - PJK - 23-01-2018 Hi Tom, welcome to the forum You’ll find some good advice on this thread mate. http://www.kitchenfittersforum.com/showthread.php?tid=4563&highlight=Apprentice Good luck and the very best of luck to you.
