German True Handless Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - snezza - 16-07-2015 Finally got this job finished today, so here are a few quick pictures I took. Clints welcome,........but please be kind coz I've put my heart & soul into this one and it was a lot of work, especially the Corian.....!!!! [attachment=1601] [attachment=1602] [attachment=1603] [attachment=1604] [attachment=1605] [attachment=1606] [attachment=1607] [attachment=1608] [attachment=1609] [attachment=1610] Kitchen is by Stormer, Black & White Matt Lacquered Linear, Corian Lava Rock worktops 50mm thick with steel reinforcement built into the Island top. Oven, Combination Microwave, D/W, Induction hob are all Siemens, Hood and glass splashback are from Luxair, unbranded Wine cooler. Sink & Tap are both Blanco. Lustrolite is Arctic White. The tall units in the dining room end are also from Stormer. The open unit I built from scratch with blank panels in my workshop coz they don't offer this size and type of open unit to match the adjacent tall cabinets. The unit is made from 19mm panels with 25mm panels used to frame all 3 cabinets. These doors and panels have quite a textured woodgrain finish on them. Multi- shelf peg positions were all drilled with the Festool LR32 system. There is a Utility room as well, but I haven't posted the pictures up yet. Just waiting for the karndean flooring to be completed and then the American Fri/Freezer can be put into position. Snezza. RE: German Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - wjskitchens - 16-07-2015 Nice fit Tim I wish I was at that stage dropped the wall out yesterday old kitchen out customer said the extractor wasn't working very well wasn't even concerted socket was within the chimney covered in Grease. Image 1 Then we have had two dig up the floor in the old kitchen as all the tiles were loose. RE: German Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - Alex Morley - 16-07-2015 Wow. It's like a sleazy night club in the dishwasher. Amazing job though. Would love to fit kitchens like that. RE: German Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - PREM - 16-07-2015 Like it a lot snez.. Only 1 BUT The plinth lights look too bright, are they cool white? RE: German Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - snezza - 16-07-2015 (16-07-2015, 10:40 PM)PREM Wrote: Like it a lot snez.. Only 1 BUT They are cool white, yes! They are quite bright, but not so much in the actual room as they appear to be in the photographs. Also, in the pictures they appear to have a Blue-ish look to them but in reality they are definitely White! They are also on a dimmer......as you can see from the 4 gang light switch on the wall. RE: German Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - Daniel - 16-07-2015 Nice design and fit Snezz What's with the silver trim on the end panels? From factory or something you done on site? I really like the timber effect column units, looks really smart. RE: German Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - Graftershave - 16-07-2015 Nice finish on the corian I know that's took a while from experience, takes some upkeep hopefully the customers are clean and careful. All round spot on, looks brilliant. I fitted a lot a shüller kitchens in the past very similar. Very economical when piecing together. [attachment=1611] If so, they are a Stainless Steel coated plastic shoe that fit onto the bottom of the 50mm panels. They do actually do them in lots of different widths (19mm, 25mm and 50mm). It finishes the panels nicely against the floor covering, which incidently is Karndean on this particular job. All round spot on, looks brilliant. Thanks Graftershave! The tops were sanded down to 320 grit with Festool Brilliant and then polished with Festool Platin S500, wet. I am pleased with how they turned out, but more importantly, so is the client...!!!!! RE: German Kitchen with Corian & Lustrolite - Daniel - 16-07-2015 Yes I did mean those Tim .... Don't think I have seen that before, looks good. |
