Hi and any info on this door? - frankdobermann - 21-02-2015 Hi everybody, Can anybody help with identification of this door ? I'm at wits end trying to find it as its a damaged one that needs replacing at a customers It a white high gloss door with bevled sloping edges at the top and bottom roughly 40mm slopes here is a pic showing it any info of where this door comes from would be a great help Thank you for any info RE: Hi and any info on this door? - Daniel - 21-02-2015 Thats a really old door style ….. My supplier (Italian) use to supply a range of kitchens in exactly that style of door in a laminate wrap - it was horrid actually , but they discontinued it a good 5 years back. Sorry thats as much as I know. RE: Hi and any info on this door? - snezza - 21-02-2015 It may help narrow it down a bit if you can tell us the height of the door? Most of the British kitchen doors are 715mm high, but there are a few exceptions and if it is an odd size, it may help us identify the manufacturer. RE: Hi and any info on this door? - frankdobermann - 21-02-2015 Hi thanks for the info so far, the door is in fact a 715 by 500mm, and seems quite heavy once taken off the shell had lifted off almost completely so I've tried to repair it but the customer isn't happy really , and as its a good customer thought I'd try to help (for brownie points), I've tried a few independent suppliers and also some larger but nothing and this is why I thought I might see if any body may know it, I must say though the rest of the doors etc look to be quite good quality and quite a thick ish wrap . Thanks so far for the info guys RE: Hi and any info on this door? - Daniel - 21-02-2015 If its any help what so ever I can tell you the chances of it being Italian are fairly limited due to the 500mm width. RE: Hi and any info on this door? - frankdobermann - 21-02-2015 Thanks Daniel , it's one of those odd ball door types that no supplier I've tried seems to know either, it's a shame because I've just done a refit 12 months ago of work tops and plinths etc, and the customer now thinks it's my job to find the door for her lol but I do Alot of work for her and she is very reluctant to replace all the doors etc just for one door ! As she has just ordered a quooker she doesn't want to spent on new doors ........ummm If I can't find the door anyone know if it can't be re wrapped the companies local to my say it can't but just thought I'd ask surely I can't be the only joiner who has had this problem thrown on them! RE: Hi and any info on this door? - wjskitchens - 21-02-2015 ECF do them Florida door. Not got the spec on the bevel but its the same style. Have you tried Crystal doors up your way I think they do a door that looks the same.
