Once you've gained the experience you want you'll be looking for customers yourself. How about asking some fitters in your area if they can handle more work? You could then do some marketing and sell kitchens passing on the installation work to your chosen fitter(s) and work alongside them. That way you give them what they want and you gain the knowledge to run a complete business and earn money while you learn.
